SHIPPING & RETURNS

Applies to our Wine Shop or to Wine Club.
Once packaged, picked up, and scanned, the tracking information for the shipment will be sent via email and accessible on your "Account" page. All shipments must be signed for upon delivery by a person that is 21 years of age or older. The courier will make three attempts to deliver. If no one is available to sign for deliveries during the day, Vinitia Club recommends using a business address to ensure prompt delivery of all products. Alternatively, the customer can make arrangements with the courier to pick up the shipment at one of their nearby locations.

We ensure that our wines are stored properly and treated with care, especially during the transit period. In accordance, we may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to avoid compromising the quality of the wines. Should a delay occur, Vinitia Club will notify customers and keep them informed.

Vinitia Club is currently shipping to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, D.C., DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI, and WY.

We do not ship to the following states: AK, AR, HI, MS, UT, and WV.

Vinitia Club does not ship to Canada, either.

Vinitia Club abides by all state laws, and in accordance, all state excise, sales, and other applicable taxes are reported and paid. Shipments of wine are generally required to be processed by a licensed wholesaler and delivered through a licensed retailer.

Once a package has shipped from the Vinitia Club Distribution Center it is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Vinitia Club guarantees its wine for 180 days and in the event of a refund, Vinitia Club processes refunds immediately. Depending on the bank processing time, refunds may appear in 5-10 business days. Due to the high cost of returns, there will be a $22 return fee. To reship a case, standard reshipping costs are:

$19.95 for a 3-bottle case
$25.95 for a 6-bottle case
$39.95 for a 12-bottle case
$44.95 for a 15-bottle case
$49.95 for an 18-bottle case

If a shipment is damaged or goes missing during transit, Vinitia Club will work with the courier to resolve the issue and send you a replacement order as soon as we can.

This Shipping & Returns no applies to our Etsy, Shopify, or other website. We don't accept order cancellations.
